Impact Soccer Club was formed to offer passionate players professional coaching in order to develop core technical and tactical skills.  

Impact is proud of our motto "focused on player development". 
We believe in developing each player to become a better player and person.  

We train in Nahant & Saugus and draw players from Swampscott, Nahant, Marblehead, Lynn, Lynnfield, Wakefield, Winthrop, Beverly, Saugus, Peabody, Melrose, Revere and Salem.

  Al Eaton is President and founder of Impact Soccer Club. 
Al has been coaching youth soccer for over a decade, is a USSF Certified Referee and Referee Assignor.  Coach Eaton holds a MYSA "E' license, is NSCAA certified and holds a State Goalkeeping Diploma.  Al also holds a Certificate in Athletic Training from Penn State University.  He is president of Nahant Youth Soccer and former Town Travel Director for Swampscott.

Nicholas Padovani is our Director of Coaching. 
Coach Padovani is one of the most respected coaches in the region possessing a resume few coaches can rival.  Mr. Padovani holds National and Advanced National licenses and USSF class “A” license.  His college coaching record is a remarkable 312-66-35 record while reaching 14 college league championships.  Coach Padovani was recognized as coach of the year in 1981, 1985 and 1996.  We are fortunate to have a coach of this caliber on our staff.

Impact Soccer is affiliated with FC Boston Azzurri club  http://www.bostonazzurri.com/ and share staff and resources. 
A member of Mass Youth Soccer, Impact falls under USSF and FIFA.
