Impact Soccer Club was formed to offer passionate players professional coaching in order to develop core technical and tactical skills.  

Impact is proud of our motto "focused on player development". 
We believe in developing each player to become a better player and person.  

We train in Nahant & Saugus and draw players from Swampscott, Nahant, Marblehead, Lynn, Lynnfield, Wakefield, Winthrop, Beverly, Saugus, Peabody, Melrose, Revere and Salem.

  Al Eaton is President and founder of Impact Soccer Club.  
He holds a NSCAA High School Diploma, NSCAA State Goal keeper Diploma and a
USSF/MYSA E License.  Al has coached Swampscott High School, MYSA District Select,
MCCPS and various town and club teams ranging from U10-U19. 

He is a USSF Referee Assignor and Grade 8 referee.  Coach Eaton also holds a certificate in Athletic Training from Penn State University.  Al is the former President of Nahant Youth
Soccer and Town Travel Director for Swampscott.
